What you will do
• Own the full-cycle search for mid- to senior-level roles across tech, manufacturing, FMCG and financial services
• Map markets, hunt passive candidates, run deep-dive interviews and close offers that make both clients and candidates smile
• Partner with our visa, HR and accounting teams to deliver a “hire-to-onboard” experience that no traditional agency can match
• Publish industry talent reports and become the external voice of Gomax on LinkedIn and at global conferences

What you bring
• 1–5 years of recruitment or executive-search experience; outstanding fresh graduates may be considered for an Associate role
• Fluency in English; a second foreign language is a plus
• Hunter mindset—comfortable with cold-calling, Boolean searches and social recruiting
• Part-time contributors: minimum 20 hours per week; full-time candidates ready to start ASAP

HR & Admin Assistant
Full-time
What you will do
• Support end-to-end employee life-cycle (on-boarding, off-boarding, social security, housing fund and IIT filing) in 15+ Chinese cities
• Prepare work permits, residence permits and Z-visa paperwork; coordinate with SAFEA, Exit & Entry Bureau and consulates
• Maintain HRIS, personnel files, attendance and leave records
• Schedule interviews, assessments, background checks and offer roll-outs for the recruitment team
• Organize employee-care events: birthday parties, team-building and holiday gift boxes

What you bring
• 0–2 years of HR or administrative experience; familiarity with PRC labor law and Shanghai/Suzhou/Guangzhou rules is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree; CET-4 or above English for email communication
• Detail-oriented, people-friendly, and quick to master Excel, PPT, Notion or any HR SaaS platform

Business Partner for Client Success & Business Development (Remote)
What you will do
• Own the end-to-end client journey: onboarding, quarterly business reviews and upsell of our company-setup, HR, visa and accounting packages
• Build and manage a pipeline of inbound leads and outbound prospects across the U.S., EMEA and APAC markets
• Translate complex Chinese regulations into clear growth roadmaps for foreign investors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, tax, talent) to craft tailored proposals and close 6- to 7-figure deals

What you bring
• 3–7 years of B2B account-management or business-development experience, ideally in professional services, SaaS or consulting
• Native-level English; conversational Mandarin preferred but not mandatory
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets and nurturing C-suite relationships
• Comfortable with Wecam or Dingding tools and remote-first teamwork

Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote / Part-time)
What you will do
• Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, email) to generate MQLs for our company-setup and talent services
• Produce high-impact English content: landing pages, whitepapers, case studies and webinar scripts that demystify doing business in China
• Analyze GA4, Search Console and HubSpot data to improve conversion rates and lower CPL
• Coordinate with external vendors for PR, design and translation to ensure brand consistency across 40+ countries

What you bring
• 2–4 years of hands-on digital-marketing experience, preferably in B2B or professional services
• Proven success in growing organic traffic and managing ad budgets ($10k–$50k/month)
• Strong English copywriting skills; basic Mandarin reading is a plus
• Proficiency in WordPress, SEMrush, Canva and marketing-automation tools
